Scripts

The HIBISCUS component contains lots of Python and Bash shell scripts. They are extremely useful for the users and developers. These scripts are in the iqist/src/tools/hibiscus/script directory.

For iQIST developers only:

• script/d_archive.sh // Archive the repo.
• script/d_check.py // Check the trailing blanks
• script/d_clean.py // Clean the .DS_store files.
• script/d_cmp.py // Compare calculated results for two cases.
• script/d_sar.sh // Search and replace tool.
• script/d_trailing.sh // Get rid of the trailing blanks.

For iQIST users only:

• script/u_animator.py // Generate animator movie.
• script/u_atomic.py // User interface for the JASMINE code.
• script/u_ctqmc.py // User interface for the CT-HYB impurity solvers.
• script/u_hfqmc.py // User interface for the HF-QMC impurity solver.
• script/u_reader.py // Python input module for the iQIST code.
• script/u_writer.py // Python output module for the iQIST code.
